SEPHORiA Shanghai pulls in crowds of 4,000

THE WHAT? SEPHORiA is hailing its second Shanghai edition as a successful event. The Beauty Funhouse-themed show pulled in more than 4,000 participants and featured some 200 new products from 50 global names, local C-beauty lines and niche brands.

THE DETAILS Taking place over two days, highlights of the show included Glam Rooms, Masterclasses and a Beauty Parade.

Now in Shanghai, Atlanta and Paris, The LVMH-owned retailer is planning to take its signature event to more new locations this year; it’s due to land in Rio de Janeiro and Dubai this month alone.

THE WHY? Xia Ding, Managing Director of Sephora Greater China, comments, “In its second year, SEPHORiA returns amplified and elevated, demonstrating Sephora’s commitment to championing a world where everyone can celebrate their beauty. Shanghai is the third stop for SEPHORiA and the rave reviews across social media reaffirmed China’s appetite for this celebrated global event.
